    I have problems when reconnecting the plugin. After the update, I had to reconnect and everything went good except the last step. Facebook showed a message that everything is connected, but then I got this Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook!

    I have changed the currency, the old version was already connected and I do have Business Manager and etc.

    Hi @liatto

    First, make sure you’re updated to the latest version of the “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin.

    Then, at the connection step “What is Woocommerce Integration allowed to do” make sure all fields are enabled. Facebook recently updated its settings to toggle “Manage your business” permission to Off by default.

    If none of those things work, as the error that you’re seeing isn’t very informative, we have a snippet that will give us some additional error information. This should give us a better indication as to what might be happening here.

    Can you please add the following snippet to your site and attempt to connect to Facebook again? If you aren’t familiar with adding custom code to your site, here is some information as to how to do it: https://woocommerce.com/posts/properly-add-woocommerce-custom-code/

    Thank you for the reply. I have a different issue now. Before I was able to reach the final step, but now it seems like Facebook thinks my Instagram account is not connected to Commerce Manager, and it is. So I am stuck on this step now: To use this account please connect a page to your commerce account using Commerce Manager

    I am sorry to hear that you are still having trouble connecting Facebook to your store. This seems to be an issue on Facebook’s end. Could you please contact Facebook Support directly from here and see if they can share some insight?
