    Hi support, I have had this issue for a few days now and I am still unable to link my site to the plugin.

    I am trying to get the microdata for the site and I keep running into this issue every time I go through the setup wizard.

    WordPress version: 6.1.1
    WooCommerce Version: 7.3.0
    Facebook for Woocommerce version: 3.0.10
    PHP Version: 8.0

    Hi Igor, thanks for replying.

    Unfortunately the error is still there as both the currencies I am using are supported.

    I am using ZAR & USD.

    I have tried disabling all my plugins except for all the WooCommerce plugins and the error still occurs. All permissions have been given from Facebooks side so I am still not sure why I am having this issue.

    I understand that the error still persists even after trying Igor’s solution above.

    I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    I have tried disabling all my plugins except for all the WooCommerce plugins and the error still occurs.

    After inspecting the store’s System Status Report (SSR), it appears that the currently activated PixelYourSite: by PixelYourSite – 9.3.2 plugin has overlapping functionality.

    Could you try again, this time making sure only the WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce plugins remain active, please?

    Hello @quandigitalbriefcase45,

    I can see the same error log reported here and apparently it’s because of not enabling 2FA in their Meta Bussiness account.

    Can you please check if that’s the problem in your case as well?
