    Hello,
    found another thread with the same topic, but the solution didn’t help me out.
    I get the error when I want to pay:
    “Something went wrong. Please try again or choose another payment source”

    API credentials are definitely correct, checked it three times. The standard Paypal payment is deactivated. Have no idea what causes the problem

    Does this error still occur?
    I just tried to create a test order but there wasn’t an error before the popup opened.

    When in doubt, we recommend a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. It would be best to activate the default theme Storefront and to disable all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

    Hi Niklas,
    yes I still have the problem and yes, you are right – It must be a theme conflict.
    When I activate Storefront, this error doesn’t occur.

    I reached out the theme support.

    Thanks for the info.
    We are not seeing any general issues with the Blocksy theme itself and I just checked again to make sure. So responsible would most likely be a configuration within the child theme.

    If the theme support is not able to help out, then you can surely also send us a private support request as outlined in the sticky thread here.
    We don’t provide any direct support for (theme) customizations that go beyond the PayPal Payments plugin itself but we are always looking to provide the best possible compatibility with third-party plugins and themes. If there’s anything we can do from our end to improve this, then we are always open to it.

    Hey Niklas,
    thank you! Interesting, in my Blocksy Child theme there are no special things inside functions.php, only some changes in the style.css.
    So I hope the Blocksy support can help me to solve this problem, I will then write you what’ the cause for it.

    In my case the theme developers (Blocksy) helped me out. The cause for my problem was a conflict between the Blocksy theme and the German Market plugin. The GM developers seemed to implement a specific a function not the ideal way. The Blocksy developers implemented a fix in their theme, now it works.
