Hi @sgallery,

I can see two problems on the linked site:

• The PayPal API credentials are invalid (email/Merchant ID not matching REST credentials)
• The store currency AED is not supported by PayPal

To fix the API credentials, I suggest disconnecting your account and reconnecting it using the onboarding wizard: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#connect-paypal-account
This automatically configured the API credentials for you.

But after fixing the API credentials, the store currency also must be set to
one that is supported by PayPal.

Okay Thank you, can please tell me which plugin I can use to accept AED with no issue

You can accept payments via PayPal in any of these currencies: https://developer.paypal.com/api/rest/reference/currency-codes/
But AED payments are not possible with PayPal, regardless of the PayPal integration.

If you wish to process AED payments, then you must choose a payment provider that supports this currency. As far as I am aware Stripe supports it, but beyond the official WooCommerce Stripe integration I can’t provide any recommendations for a specific payment provider or plugin.
