Same thing is happening to me…..I have a screenshot video but I can’t see how to share it here.

After a few days, they sent me an email to which I replied, attaching the video. No response has been received yet to the video.

I have just discovered that the Reply To email is actually set up as No Reply… so how do I send a video to you please?

It didn’t work a couple of days ago. I’ve just checked again, and it seems OK now.
