“Something went wrong” error with form

    Hi all – we are having a problem with our lead generation form powered by the Forminator plugin. Some of our users are getting the error message “Something went wrong” when they fill out our form and try to submit their contact information to us.
    We have not been able to consistently reproduce the error, but it appears to be happening to some users on both desktop and mobile devices. I am happy to share screenshots if that is possible.
