    Hey there!

I’m having an issue with Tutor LMS on one of my websites. Every now and then, I get the following error: “Something Went Wrong!” (visible at this link – https://prnt.sc/k39bPPfhotw-). This happens when I try to switch pages on the webinar section.

The problem temporarily disappears when I clear the cache or refresh the page, but it keeps coming back, and many customers are complaining about it. Is there any way to fix this permanently?

    Looking forward to your help!

    Best regards
    Tomek

  • Hi @bglinked ,

Thank you for reaching out. The “Something Went Wrong!” error can often be caused by conflicts with other plugins or themes. To troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Deactivate All Plugins: Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Tutor LMS and check if the issue persists.
    2. Theme Check: Switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Three) to rule out theme-related conflicts.
    3. Clear Cache: Ensure that you clear both server and browser cache after making these changes. Additionally, temporarily disable any cache plugin.

If the issue is resolved after deactivating a specific plugin or changing the theme, it indicates a conflict that needs to be addressed.

Let me know how it goes, and I’ll assist further if needed.
