    The two forms on this page have been working fine for 2-3 weeks. No changes have been made on them except to remove some of the wine tour times as they became full. No addins or plugins have been added, changed or removed.

    Now suddenly, both forms display the unhelpful “something went wrong” error message and do not submit.

    This event is in 4 days! Urgent help is needed please.

    Hi @tezza2021,

    I checked the issue by submitting the second form which didn’t require payment but was unable to replicate the issue, the form got submitted and I got a success message. Can you please confirm if you managed to fix the issue? If not, can you please check this from a different browser without any extension installed or from an incognito window?

    I just tried it with a newly opened Tor browser. Same issue.

    Sorry for the delay here.

    I checked the shared page but I don’t see a form available anymore.

    Is it possible to configure a test page and share it so we can take a closer look at some other browsers?

    Everything mysteriously returned to normal without intervention. I believe Stripe must have been experiencing some glitches at the time.

    Sometimes it can be an API issue on the stripe side or a caching issue that fixes when the cache is flushed.
