Something went wrong during checkout

    New user of the Plugin and I setup first in Sandbox mode, ran a test, then changed to Live mode and processed a PayPal payment OK. My customer then tried to make a payment, but was met with:

    Error! Something went wrong during checkout and payment couldn’t be approved.

    Here’s the simple form which has an Invoice #, Amount and PayPal field.

    Hi @djepayne

    I hope you are doing well today.

    Form works fine on my side in my lab site. Can you clear your site cache or any server side cache as possibly you have made that test as a logged in admin. After you clear all cache make sure to test form in incognito mode.

    If that will not help, can you remove and re-add PayPal field once more and see will this give any positive results?

    I tried to make a payment using my iPad and Safari browser, but received the same fatal message. I’ll go back into WordPress, remove and re-add the PayPal field and try again. Stay tuned.

    After replacing the PayPal field, I made a Credit Card purchase using the Safari browser on a Mac, the payment went through OK this time. Also made a Credit Card purchase on the iPad using Safari, and this time it went through OK.
