Looks like we need to force reset manually here. Please do the following:

• If you have cache enabled please disable it and clear the cache.
• Go to https://latelier-celadon.fr/wp-admin/options.php
• Search for wc_facebook_external_business_id
• Update the field to include only ASCII characters and save. Best practice: store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q ← 13-digit random string
• Go back to WooCommerce > Facebook and click “Get Started” again

In most cases, that resolves the issue. Can you please let me know if it persists?

As I already said, I have spent a lot of time on the forum, and I disabled my cache plugin and I already tried the trick on the wc_facebook_external_business_id.
It seems that the page at the end of the process is blocked on the auth process before returning on the website.
I tried with several browsers as welle but without success.
