Something went wrong

this message appears: Something went wrong. I tried them all to send a video but it does not work, with a 15 mb file it works but from 20 mb it does not work and it gives me the usual error, since I find your plugin fantastic and I would like to buy it but I absolutely have to solve this problem , Ps: my site can upload up to 300 mb thanks a lot.
