Something seriously is up with spam on contact form 7

I have like 20+ website, personal and clients, all of them are getting huge spam despite having Recaptcha v3 enabled. Initially all the messages started going into the spam mailbox on Outlook and Gmail. Now only the spam is going into the junk, but why so much spam? Recaptcha isn’t working anymore or what? Is there any other captcha available? I am not interested in honeypot because it increases another field for the visitors.
