I checked the code with inspect element and code that show the file do not exist for the user I checked for but exist for the admin

Maybe the problem is because the is on Windows server that run PHP and MySQL and I need to use Linux server?

I think I found something, under “setting” in the “security” tab I removed the check from “Hide inaccessible files and categories” and it works, it show the other category but it show “Access to category denied!” message

It worked but after I delete the files and rearrange the files and folder it stop working.
