    Hello,

I’m using the sublanguage plugin on my website, and today when I checked on it, the pages just couldn’t shown.

I’ve got another website which got the same problem last few weeks, but it only happened with English pages; but this time on this site, it happens on both Chinese and English.

I’ve contacted with the WordPress support and they said it sounds like the problems caused by sublanguage plugin, and suggested me to contact you on this forum.

Please be willing to help me out with that, thank you!

  • Hello,
What exactly is wrong with the linked page? I wish I could help but I don’t really understand the problem…

That’s weird, the pages are working now.

Last few week my other website got the same problem, and wordpress told me that sounds like the problem with your plugin.

I think I’ll let it work for few days to see if the same problem happens again.

    Thank you!

Sounds like some cache just expired. Do you use any cache plugin (or plugin to speed up page loading)?

No, and I’ve checked with every plugins I’m using, they’re all updated to the newest version!

I think maybe there’s something wrong with woocommerce…..

well, I’m not quite sure, because it is happening again……

Can you try to install the last (developping) version of this plugin?

The package is available here but you have to install it manually:

    Hello, Thank you!

But I’m actually using the on-line WordPress rather than having my own ftp server.

Have you also made a version of this plugin for on-line version? So I can install it online.

    Thank you.

I’ve just checked on my website and did tested it with the differences of activate and inactivate your plugin.

When I activate it, the pages went error and couldn’t show anything; then inactivate it, it worked properly but couldn’t load the English translations……
