Hi,

When I try to add plugins or browse themes within the dashboard, I get the following message:

An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

Also, the dashboard navigation is very, very slow.

What’s the problem? How can I fix this?
