Something like a Classified… ?

Ok straight to the point, i want to use wordpress becuase im wanna start a business where i can post a “page/or a post” with a client lets say.. a business like “martins car stereos” wanna add his info, couple of pictures. its all good.

now i need a plug in or theme that will allow me to run something like yellowpages. but on the main page, i also wanna keep like “todays” news/ like music, sports, etc.. and i want the search option to look for the clients listed by. neighborhood
