Something keeps clearing the cache

if the snippet from the link doesn’t log anything, a last resort testing method could be changing the wp_cache_flush() method to log directly.

function wp_cache_flush( $delay = 0 ) {
    global $wp_object_cache;

    file_put_contents(
        ABSPATH . '/redis-flush.log',
        wp_debug_backtrace_summary(),
        FILE_APPEND
    );

    return $wp_object_cache->flush( $delay );
}

That will create a redis-flush.log file with the culprit ??
