• Hi,

Last night I was working on a site, I am not sure if I did something wrong while working with FTP or something, but suddenly my Bloom email opt-in plugin stopped working and the whole site sort of acted funny, menus were rearranged etc.

So I shut everything down and reopened it this morning, the menus on the website were more or less back to where I left off but my Bloom opt-in form< was still not working.

I went to the Bloom plugin to check my opt-in forms and though they were still there in the backend, the interface was all messed up, with menus from my website showing on the top of the plugin backend! So I thought I’d update the plugin, but when I tired, this is what showed up in a pop-up, along with the same menu items from my website on the top of the pop-up!
“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

Additionally, on the WordPress Dashboard there is now additional space on top and if I try to update any plugin the menus form my website start showing up on top of the pop -up.

The theme I am using is Genesis Sample Child Theme. I am working with Chromium browser on Mac OS.
Some Plugins I am using are:
    Bloom
    CSS Hero
    Elementor
    Genesis Dambuster
    Genesis Simple Edits
    MyStickyMenu

Could any of these be causing problems? I am not sure how to progress from here, please help!
