    Hi team,

I just installed this plugin, but unfortunately only get the error below:
It seems like there's something interfering with your WordPress REST API. This needs to be fixed in order to grant access to this plugin. More info here.

Any suggestions on how I can resolve this please?

    Thank you!

    Cheers
    Clemens

  • Hi @kognito,

It looks like there is some kind of plugin/configuration that is affecting the different WordPress REST API endpoints.

Unfortunately, this has to do with your site’s configuration and is out of our plugin’s scope, you’ll have to check with your developer to see what’s going on.

To test it and learn more please check this FAQ page -> Check WordPress REST API :

    Hi pochod,

Many thanks for getting back to me.
I did follow the FAQ and checked the REST API is working as expected.

Do you have any advise as to which steps I could follow to resolve this or at least find out what’s causing this?

    I am the developer. ??

    Cheers

    Hello again @kognito,

We noticed that this issue was happening to other users too.

We’ve fixed it and uploaded it to version 2.0.3 of the plugin. If you upgrade to the latest version this issue should be resolved.

Feel free to reach out to us via email if you encounter any other issues!

    Hi everyone,

I believe the issue you’re seeing is because your store has been installed at page level, for example:

    mydomain.com/developmentstore/

In order for our plugin to work, the store has to be installed at domain or subdomain level, like this:

    developmentstore.mydomain.com

    Hope this helps!
