Has this been an ongoing issue, or one that has recently surfaced? If the latter, do you recall and changes/updates made to the site prior to noticing this issue?

Also, does this occur with all emails or only specific emails?

Additionally, I’d like to have a better understanding of your sites current environment, please can you share the following:

• System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

You can share you sites System Status Report by navigating to WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support. Once you have this, you can paste the results in your newly created thread so that we can take a closer look.

It seems like a plugin or your theme might be trying to add extra information to the order emails, which could be causing the problem.

Do you remember installing a plugin or adding any custom code that includes such a feature? If so, I’d recommend disabling it to see if that resolves the issue. If it doesn’t, a conflict test might help us pinpoint what’s causing the problem.

Here’s how you can perform a conflict test:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
