I am using the7 theme and the7-child theme. When switching from one to the other, I get this message and my settings all go bizarre.

Your siteurl option is set up as https://epicpod.com, but your WordPress.com connection lists it as 0!
Your home option is set up as https://epicpod.com, but your WordPress.com connection lists it as 1!

I have disconnect from wordpress.com and reconnect, doesn’t solve the issue
I have deactivate and reactivating the plugin, doesn’t solve the issue
I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin, doesn’t solve the issue.

Jetpack is version 3.5 and wordpress is version 4.2

Someone please help me to resolve this as I can keep having my settings go bonkers on me everytime I switch.

    Thanks,

    Jeff

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Your site doesn’t seem to be properly connected to WordPress.com at the moment. I’ve made some changes to your Jetpack settings that should solve the problem. Could you now go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on “Disconnect from WordPress.com”? Once you’ve done so you’ll be able to reconnect to WordPress.com by clicking on the connect button at the top of the page.

Let me know if it helps!

Hi, I am having a similar problem. I get the same error in my Permalinks menu.

    “Something has gotten mixed up!

Your siteurl option is set up as https://vagabondbeat.com, but your WordPress.com connection lists it as 0!
Your home option is set up as https://vagabondbeat.com, but your WordPress.com connection lists it as 1!”

Desconnecting and reconnecting to WordPress.com didn’t help. Deleting and reinstalling and reactivating and reauthorizing Jetpack didn’t help.

When I go to my home page vagabondbeat.com, the page displays incorrectly as a very old version. But if I go to vagabondbeat.com/0/, it displays correctly.

On the other hand, on my iPhone and iPod the site works fine whether in mobile mode or desktop mode. So not sure what is going on.

@dpoulton I’ve made some changes to your Jetpack settings. Let me know if it helps.

    @jeremy thanks for trying that.

I logged in just now and the same message still appears under “Permalinks” under Settings. Just to be clear that’s the only place it appears, I know some people were seeing it on the dashboard as well.

The homepage still displays incorrectly as well.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

@dpoulton It might still be displayed in some places due to caching, but you can rest assured: we’ll remove that message entirely in the next Jetpack release, 3.5.1.

The homepage still displays incorrectly as well.

I’m afraid that’s not related to Jetpack. Do you use a caching plugin or service on your site? If so, you might want to flush your cache to make sure your readers can access the new version of your site.

I use W3 Total Cache, and flushed the cache, but didn’t help.

I deactivated all of my plug-ins just now and reloaded the site in a different browser, and it still displays incorrectly.

Whatever I do, the homepage (https://vagabondbeat.com) is stuck on this old version. Any changes I make to the homepage, theme, content, etc. only show up on this weird 0 subdirectory (https://vagabondbeat.com/0/). I guess what I need to figure out is why my “homepage” is defined as “/0/” instead of in the root directory, and why this old version got stuck in the root. Being a total noob, I don’t know where to start.

I’d appreciate any suggestion as to what forum to post this problem since it’s not the plug-in. Thanks for helping me narrow down the issue.

For now I’ve posted here with no success.

Alright. I commented in the other thread, hopefully I could help.

Thanks so much. I’ll check it out.

    I got it. Post edited.

Same thing just happened to me and now my site has crashed. Any help out there.

Your siteurl option is set up as https://hedonistshedonist.com, but your WordPress.com connection lists it as 0!
Your home option is set up as https://hedonistshedonist.com, but your WordPress.com connection lists it as 1!
The data listed above is not for my current site. Please disconnect, and then form a new connection to WordPress.com for this site using my current settings.
Ignore the difference. This is just a staging site for the real site referenced above.
That used to be my URL for this site before I changed it. Update the WordPress.com Cloud’s data to match my current settings.

    Please Help!

site is working now, but very confused as to what happened

I just upload The7child Theme and I don’t see it on my list of theme uploads. I got the following error:
    Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
    Name Description
The7child The parent theme is missing. Please install the “dt-the7” parent theme.
How do I install the dt-the7?
    Thanks

@germij: This support forum is for the Jetpack plugin. However, it sounds like you need help with The7 theme. I’m afraid I am unable to help, since I am not familiar with that theme.

I’d recommend getting in touch with the theme author. It looks like you can contact them here:

    I hope this helps!
