Hi, we installed and configured your plugin, it is working well but we need to understand if it is the correct option, so we need a couple of answers about:

    a) if a user with [email protected] create a first order but for any reason the oreder remains in pending… and after a few minutes the same user makes another NEW order and complets it… actually the plugin is sending the mail for the first order, is that a setting we can set, like, don’t send email if the same user makes an order in the next 30 min or so?

    b) in the sent mail, if we use the cart_content shortcode, can we have only the product image or image and name and not all the row detail? That because the resulting email is a bit a caos…

    Thank you very much!!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @ AngeloLazzari,

Good Day! Thanks for contacting us.

    1. You can set the Abandoned cart time in our plugin settings for sending the notification to the users. Once you have placed another order in the same session then our plugin will not send the notification for the pending status order.

    2. Currently, We don’t have any shortcode?“cart_content” available to show the?product, name, or its image only, for email notification. The plugin will send the all details related to the order i.e. product name, image, price, quantity, and order total in the notifications emails.

Hope it helps! Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any queries.

HI, thank you for your reply.

    1. thanks for this
    2. web are using [cart_products] shortccode, is not from your plugin ? please see image here https://ibb.co/nfzvGkQ thanks

Yes, The plugin provides “cart_product”? shortcode that is?used to display a user’s shopping cart or a list of products in the cart. When a user adds products to their cart, this shortcode could be used on a specific page to dynamically show the contents of their shopping cart including the product name, image, quantity, and cart total in the email notification.

However, I will forward your suggestion for an option to show the product name and image only on the email notification to consider in our future releases.

Hope it explains! Please feel free to contact us.
