• Hi, I was enjoying using the plug in and assigning categories with the free version of the latest plug in. All was working, until something happened with a ( not a good theme Oyster GT3) where I can no longer select a background image for a page. Back in the Media library I can no longer assign categories to images one by one, in the grid view if I click on the image the attachment window comes up, yet when assigning the category the progress bar turns yet it is not saved. The only way I can assign a category is to go to edit, then assign. I may be crazy but I think it was working before.
While here in the theme the upload media doesn’t have a filter bar to show only the categories that are in the normal Media library window. Is there any way to have this or is it theme dependent?
BTW the plug in is ideal for what I want to do, especially the Pro version to allow assigning upon upload.

Not sure what is going on but now it’s working except the media category list is now missing. Could it be a plug-in conflict?

    Hello @nsanpe,

Thank you for your kind words about the plugin!

Plugin or theme conflict is possible, of course, and this can be theme dependent as well. Please let me know, what is the version of the plugin that you are using now? free? pro? What is your version of WordPress? Do I understand correctly that the problem occurred after theme change?

Also, please try to change your current theme to some of WordPress default ones, deactivate all plugins except EML, and check if it works in this case. Then activate theme/plugins one-by-one and check if media upload works well. This way you can figure out what plugin EML is presumably incompatible with. Screenshots may help a lot as well.

    Thanks!
