Somes requests as features

Hi,
thanks for your great plugin.

Could you add in next feature :
– add support for PNG opacity / transparency
– Select color for H1, H2 and text
– customize header and footer
– add input file field for logo instead to upload manually
– add support for non-english language because in french we have “'” instead “‘” for baseline
