Someone to redesign my website?

Hi, my site is in need of a new look and I was wondering if anyone here can refer someone they have used for redesigning their site? I prefer not to do this on my own as I want a fresh look and don’t really have the time to take this on right now. I’ve looked even at Fiver which has lots of people on it but as with most things, I’m more comfortable going with someone that can be recommended personally. Thank you for your time and help.
