Someone stealling my Blogs

they steal it outrageously. they do put the author as the same name as the one of my people but there are links back. anyone have this issue? what can i do??? I would not like to have my pen-name be known for blogging for two sites. i know i can change up the image links but that is not going to solve the intellectual integrity of the written blogs. I found this out because I utilize Google Alert
