someone please help me with permalinks

iv changed permalinks in settings to /%postname%/ and product permalinks one to /shop/%product_cat%/

can someone please help, I cant get help from anywhere else..

Have you considered editing the “slug” on the individual product categories?

For example, the “Accessories” page would use the “accessories” slug, in its permalink.

And then you could change the slug for the category to “accessories-category”

To change this “slug”, you would head to your wp-admin dashboard, then hover over “Products”, then click “Categories”

Then you would open each category and add “-accessories” to the slug field (the slug field is found directly below the title)

So for example, now “product-category/accessories/hats” would become “product-category/accessories-category/hats”

are your pages inaccessible or broken in some way?
are you using an SEO plugin?
are you working with Google WebMaster tools?

thanks ever so much for the replies, iv tried everything, no links are broken, but it is the seo pluggin I think is causing the problems, could one of you take a look please, if I emailed you my admin, I am really lost now, site is.. funkytouch.net but I haven’t actualy launched it yet because im still building it..

if you are having trouble with an SEO plugin, then I would suggest to contact the plugin author.

do not share your admin login details in the support forum or email them to volunteers on this support forum.

well could you do it for me, im proper stuck, I don’t know where to turn to get this issue resolved, I went on yoast page, an it says if your not a paying customer, and using a free plugin you cant have support your email will be discarded..

well what am I gona do then, I cant contact yoast because they will just discard my mail, iv googled it, watched tutorials, done exactly what the tutorials say to do, an its still the same.
