Someone needs a booking system plugin ?

Hi everybody !

I’m just registering today, but I’m not new with WP.
As a personal challenge, I started learning WP since january 2012.
I had to update a website wich was running on an old version of WP (2.8), and I was asked to include multilingual capabilities… Hugh !
I learning how to have multilingual WP sites with only one install and one database… finally it’s OK.
Then I had to build a social website, and I started with WP and buddypress plugin.
I learned how to personalize themes and plugins, then I had to include a carrousel of news at the home page… didn’t found one that would fit my needs, so I deciced to learn more and create my own plug in ! Finally 1 week later it was OK ??

My current project is a booking system for an hotel. Never found a free plugin which expects all my needs (no rooms limitations, seasonal prices, PDF invoices, customer private access, referrers, coupon codes, savings, options…) so I created my own booking system plug in, with ajax.

I’m arriving at the end of my project. The plugin is almost complete, there are still a few features to implement.

It’s featuring :

– No rooms limitation
– Seasonal prices, with easy GUI to choose days
– Unlimited seasons or period prices
– Options (like housekeeping, late arrival, these are examples, but you can create unlimited options with minimum days or minimum amounts to be automatically added to booking..)
– Private access to admin panel for customers who want to check their bookings
– Email are sent on booking, canceling, modification… etc.. all can be personalized with email HTML templates
– PDF invoices generated and available in back-office and customer private access (with personalisables headers and footers
– Referrers
– Savings (like “save 10% when booking more than 10 days)
– Coupons (“enter “2012WELCOME” to get extra save)
– Newsletters system (with the ability to choose recipients (customers/non customers…)
– Paypal integration with NPI for canceling non-paid booking automatically after X hours
– Ready for localization (It’s OK with French and English)
– In Admin panel you can activate the features you want (options, newsletters, savings, coupons..
– Shortcode with room parameter : set [RESERVATION] at the home page to get an easy GUI for book with room choice, or set [RESERVATION ROOM=1] to get the same GUI with room automatically chosen (ideal for room and a quick-access to booking system)
– Complete Back-office with bookings sorting, customers, etc etc…

My plugin is running under 3.3.1, never tried with an older version of WP.

Currently, I’m looking for beta-testers. PHP Code is not very clean at this state.
