    After installing the plugin I got a message the next time I logged into instagram:

    Someone attempted to log into your account recently. If it wasn’t you, tell us …

    It suggested the login was via android in the USA. I am not in the USA nor do I own an android.

    Does the plugin have anything to do with this?

    Hello @johnjohnston , this plugin does not send your personal information to any third part . It just store into your DB and use it for the post request to the Instagram API . Thank you .

    @rolandalla91 thanks for the update.

    I also saw this message when I opened instagram after running this plugin for the first time. I looked through all the code and couldn’t see anywhere that my instagram credentials are being shared to a third party. It appears that the reason why this message occurs is because the plugin uses a backdoor API that is technically not published by Instagram but is used by Instagram? I am not completely positive.

    Any comments on this from the plugin creator @rolandalla91 ?

    Hello @jwenz723 , The plugin is using a private api that is not aproved yet by instagram .The instagram api does not allow you to post images. that is why I have choosed this API , this is the git : https://github.com/roladn/wordpress-to-instagram , If you have something to change or any suggestion you are welcome to contribute . Thank you
