Someone is voting multiple time (3000+vote)

    Hi, we have a user that vote multiple time even tho we have ip protected for 1 vote only..
    This is an important feature that should absolutely work (we have paid version).
    It doesnt look serious when someone trow 1000s of vote in very short time..

    How can we fix that?
    Can we enable cookie and ip protection at the same time?

    Hello Dear initialcoinlist.

    Thank You for contacting us and for Your request.

    We looked and did not see such a problem. On Your site does not allow to do the voting several times. After the vote, You can not vote again.

    Maybe You did not configure the settings correctly?

    You need to configure the settings, in order You could vote once.

    You need to configure it from “New Settings” like this.

    1. Vote once – YES

    2. One Time Voting Function – IP Address

    Hi yes it is set to vote once & ip address, it seems to be a few ip address able to come to vote multiple times, one doing 3000+

    Dear initialcoinlist.

    Please, can You uninstall the plugin and install it again. We had such a problem, but We fixed it and there is no that problem in new versions.

    Can you please create a new poll?

    Hi, we have V 10.0.3 and We just purchased it last week.. install and run it.. We know that we can only vote once but some user pass trought security as we have an ip that voted 200+ time in minutes and another one voted almost 3000 times in couple of minutes too. We cannot replicate but we can clearly see the vote in front end and in the history

    Changed the form of voting associated with PHP Cookie and IP-address. Please can do the update? And then look after update, will be there such problems?

    what is the latest version, we have version 10.0.3 right now and I dont see any available update.

    Also, It would be great to know what the Vote was in the INFO tab (backend) so we could at least remove double vote manually. This is embarrassing.. We have a monthly contest using the poll on our website and we thaught that paying for your plugin would simplify the contest but it only makes us look like amateur for now.
