I know many have seen this video earlier, however some late comers to my blog will not have seen it.

I realize the person who does the commentary on this video may not be the best commentator, but as far as I am concerned, he certainly gets the message across. If you study this and listen intently there is information here in this video alone to give you guidance to perfect health.
Who would believe that oxygen would cause us shorter lives. We need protection from the oxygen, that is truly why we need anti-oxidants, and why they are so important. I certainly did not know this until I watched this video, however I do know now.
Since I began my health plan I am gaining so much knowledge, such as colon cleanses, diabetes, arthritis and even weight loss. There is so much information out there and I am happy that the knowledge I am gaining is helping me with my plan to have the healthy body I always wanted. I do really feel so much better.
I ask you to consider spending the time to work at being healthy, I promise you you will never be sorry, for the alternative is not very attractive.

Would you believe, we are served with this rubbish which not only causes so much illness to many of the population of this continent, which includes our children. Really, our children do not have a chance of having a healthy life, look at the obesity, would you believe so-called soft drinks could cause so many problems.
It is not likely the manufactures are going to quit making the stuff, so the alternative is to educate the children and those many other people who are not aware of the hazards of drinking pop, that has a pH level of just 2.5. When I think about it, I get so upset.
There is one thing for sure, we all have just one body, please start looking after it, no-one else will.

You will note, there is NO 250x 250 center ad at ll. I have 2 ads, one at the top and one at the bottom.
How can those imposter’s ads possibly be on my site.
By the way I deleted 23 of his posts on this site. I would like to have information how I can change my password, for this is happening on a regular basis.
