Someone has named their free blog the same as my paid blog.

Hi, I have a concern and I’m not sure if someone has violated WordPress’ rules. I have a blog that I pay for on Godaddy, and through Godaddy, I use the WordPress platform. My blog is https://www.askforseconds.com. Someone has recently created an account with their web address being askforseconds. wordpress .com. Does this violate your rules at all or do I have any right to ask them to stop using the url since it involves wordpress? I realize from a basic standpoint, they are free to use other domains that I have not purchased (such as askforseconds.org). Any suggestions?
