• Hi, I have a concern and I’m not sure if someone has violated WordPress’ rules. I have a blog that I pay for on Godaddy, and through Godaddy, I use the WordPress platform. My blog is https://www.askforseconds.com. Someone has recently created an account with their web address being askforseconds. wordpress .com. Does this violate your rules at all or do I have any right to ask them to stop using the url since it involves wordpress? I realize from a basic standpoint, they are free to use other domains that I have not purchased (such as askforseconds.org). Any suggestions?

You need to ask this to WordPress.com, but when you do make sure you convey what trademark acts you have on the words “askforseconds” appearing in a subdomain name.
