Someone has hacked my wordpress and keeps adding posts and archives

The other day a post went out to all my email subscribers in Spanish but did not show on my blog.
This morning there is a new post in my archive in Spanish and I don’t know how to delete it! If you look to the right side bar far down, there is a date of July 2012 on my Archives (My blog was not even in existence then) and when you click it there is another post in Spanish. How do I prevent this and delete this? Also, this morning my top bar is missing that allows me to “Edit Post”, etc. I don’t know if that is related. I hope I’m at the correct forum for this help.
