    Getting this error when trying to finish setup for WooCommerce Payments

    Someone has already signed up for this account with a different email than you entered.

    The user has WordPress.com, Stripe, WooCommerce all with same phone and email.

    A developer originally started the integration of this but then invited them to the WooCommerce Team for the plugin and still not working.

    This is on a development server. Any help would be appreciated.

    Already deleted plugin
    Reinstalled
    Added Stripe Gateway plugin (this works by itself)
    Disconnected store from within WooCommerce.com then reconnected
    Deactivated all plugins, changed theme (just tests to see if this was issue)
    Also Stripe is in test mode. Test api login creds added to Stripe plugin only (it works) (also works with live mode) so it is just the WooCommerce Payments Connection

    There were 2 stripe accounts created.

    1 for the main account
    then 1 for woocommerce payments

    Deleted one and used other.
