Someone Elses’ Name on My Posts

I recently noticed that when I post, someone else’s name keeps popping up where mine should be. This person is not a registered user and has never been allowed to post. I have no idea who they are. I cannot get their name off of the list of Authors and my name has disappeared. How can I fix this?
