Someone edit his Post after Approve

Hi, I have this problem: after I approve a post the user edit this post and write what he wants. How can I set the plug in so when someone edit his Post this must came to me first to approve his content. Now after the Post is publish everything the user change it came Live.
Is there a possibility to change this process off edit a post, so that first I have to approve what he change in a post?
