Somehow messed up my sidebar and can’t fix it!

I was editing one of my many templates trying to get it exactly how I want it to be, and I realized I messed something up! As you can see at one of my blogs (here) at the bottom of the sidebar I have a drop down menu titled “What? Where?”. No matter what template I change now, it stays! Additionally, my meta will no longer show and I cannot edit the sidebar. I can add new links, but I can’t customize the template to try to get my meta to work again.

Any idea where I went wrong and why its following me to different templates? Thanks!
