Hey there tangpage, hope you’re well today!

I’ve tested this on my end and was able to use .jpg image and uploaded it without any issues.

All extensions should be transferred to lowercase internally so original extension shouldn’t matter.

Are you having these issues only when uploading image to your activity or when uploading it to to the admin?

Additionally can you upload the image to for example dropbox so I can test it out with that specific image?

    Please let me know ??

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Hey again tangpage,

As I mentioned I didn’t have any issues on my end so this is related to your installation.

Are you experiencing the same problem when trying to upload file to your library or when uploading images to posts or pages?

You could also try to test for possible conflicts to see if some other plugin or theme is causing this. Try testing for a conflict as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

Please let me know what you find out.

    Hey again tangpage,

You also tested for plugin conflicts and the issue was still there even with all plugins deactivated?
