Something is wrong with plugin or my site

  • My website has an issue with the Block editor not showing up after I deactivated the Classic editor. So I decided to troubleshoot it with Health Check. But when Enable Health Check and start to reactivate the plugins one at a time, after the 4th plugin, immediately I activate any other plugin, Health Check fails. The links to reactivate while troubleshooting will disappear in all the plugins. At first, I thought it was the particular plugin number 6, but I skipped it and tried other plugins, the problmem persistd

    Everything will be like I had deactivated them normally, and not with health check.

    Any ideas how to get Health check to work normally?
