Hi @fh4545 ,
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand that newly uploaded product images are not displaying.
After checking the link https://wessexwellness.com/product/blue-1-cdb-design/, I am able to confirm that the product images are not displaying.
It appears that the issue may possibly be the cause of a caching plugin. As a first step, please could you disable any caching plugins you may currently have active on your site to see if this makes a difference?
If that makes no difference, please could you navigate WooCommerce?>?Status?>?Tools?and do the following to see if it makes any difference:
– Clear WooCommerce transients
?– Clear expired transients?
– Recount terms?
– Regenerate Product lookup tables?
– Regenerate shop thumbnails
If the issue is still present, then just to confirm, you have mentioned disabling all plugins however it is suggested to perform a full conflict test to see if the issue may be stemming from either a theme or plugin. Please could you do the following:
– Clear site and browser cache
– Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
– Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
– Check to see if the product images are displaying
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.
Please see the below documentation for a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts
If the issue still persists, kindly share a copy of your site’s System Status, which you can find via?WooCommerce?>?Status. Select Get system report
and then Copy for support
.
Once you have this, you can share it in your response here.
Thanks!
