• Yesterday an order was placed in my WooCommerce shop and 2 reviews were left on the site. I’m viewing the log of emails using the Check and Log Email plugin and I see that notification emails were sent, but they were never delivered to my email address (Google). I tested the ordering process and review process today and the emails were delivered without any issue. Did something happen yesterday?

    Hi there @ncorum,

    My apologies for the delay in responding, we are facing an unusually high backlog of support requests.

    There is no known MailPoet-wide outage from last week that might explain a one-day mail sending outage.

    Please note that Google recently changed their policies and if you have not already done so, it would be a good idea to change your sending “from” email to be domain specific, and to add Authentication fields to your domain to ensure mail is delivered safely to Gmail addresses.

    In addition, please check your information under MailPoet > Help on the “System Status” page for any reported sending errors, and you can also check your MailPoet error logs under MailPoet > Settings on the “Advanced” tab under Logs at the very bottom for any errors specific to that day and time.
