• Hi team,

I have contacted the team before, I am giving the question which I have asked at that time here (also your response):
    https://prnt.sc/g_XNI4qSD5lx

So, I again asked a question regarding the same issue as a reply. But there is no response from your side yet. So, I am again asking the same reply question below. Could you please give me an answer for this too? Replying ASAP is highly appreciable.

I would like to clarify one more issue regarding the same. I have migrated the shipping weight if it’s not present there then I can get it from Woocommerce database. From what I see, there are 8521 orders/records that have meta_key “_pr_shipment_dhl_label_items”. https://prnt.sc/IQZ39GeYclB0

    For example,
Let see the order #255652 – order id 11521 for example. https://prnt.sc/mdCwT8a1ERZA as you can see there is no key “_pr_shipment_dhl_label_items” in the database for this order. So I can’t get the shipping weight data of this order where there is actually shipment weights present.

I will provide the screenshots of both source and target websites too:

Could you please give me a possible solution ASAP?

    Thank you
