• This is not exactly a support question, and I think this issue might be unrelated to Really Simple SSL.

Today, I started using CloudFlare’s SSL on my site https://www.astroplatform.com/
Everything seemed to work fine until I tried loading it on my cellphone where it didn’t work. Also, I tried fetching it using GTmetrix. It works with Canadian server, but when fetching the site using Indian server, I get

An error occurred fetching the page: SSL negotiation failed:

There may be a connectivity issue between your server and the GTmetrix test server. Try testing from another test location or try again later.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: It seems the problem is related to legacy browsers – https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/214770928-Legacy-Browser-Support
Is it possible to serve http version to legacy browsers using server config rules?

With this plugin that’s not possible. Isn’t it possible to enable legacy browser support in cloudflare?

Enabling the possibility to change to http depending on the browser is very insecure.

Well, I’m on the free plan and legacy browser support isn’t part of the plan. Thanks anyways.

I’ll try contacting CF support to make sure if this really is the problem, and will see if they respond.
