Some users forced to create a new password every time they order

    Our site is making some users create a new password every time they place an order, rather than letting them login with the same password. I have been unable to replicate the issue, so I don’t have a screenshot of the problem. Can you possibly help me without a screenshot of the error…?

    I have been unable to replicate the issue, so I don’t have a screenshot of the problem.

    Does the issue occur for specific customers only? If you have multiple customers experiencing the same issue, can you check if they have anything in common such as payment method, shipping method etc…
