• As in the question, a small number of users cannot be verified, and there is no way in the background to directly make him verify successfully. I don’t know what the problem is?

Because of the wrong setting, most users have become authenticated. How can I cancel the setting?

    Hi,

First to be able to verify users manually, In the plugin’s settings, Admin tab, Enable the Verified Column and Actions option. This will allow you to verify users from your WordPress dashboard. When you visit the Users > All users in your WordPress dashboard you will a new column and option that will allow you to manually verify users.

For your second question, it is likely under General settings you might have enabled one of the following options:

Verify email for current users or
    – Unverify, logout and resend activation link to accounts that changed the emails

These settings might have caused users to become unverified.

    Hope that helps.

Like this, if we manually change the member status to verified, the notification will pop up as verified, but the system column still shows unverified.

    Hi,

Can you please check in the plugin’s settings General tab, if you might have enabled the following options:

    – Verify email for current users or
    – Unverify, logout and resend activation link to accounts that changed the emails
