Some users are redirected after log-in, some are not.

    We have an issue with the redirection. The page is a membership page and when you have a membership and log in you should be redirected to a page with videos. This is working for most of the users, but some of them are reporting they are coming to the dashboard page after log in. And the same user can also be re-directed to the video page sometimes and some other time to the dashboard.

    All members has the user role “subscriber”

    We have asked them about what device and browser they use when it happens, but it seems to be different for different users.

  • Unfortunately, we have no idea why this is happening.

    The only reason we can come up with is maybe there is a plugin on your site sometimes overriding the redirect rule.
