Some URLs not moving to Obsolete List

Hello. Your plugin works great but I get URLs in the Recent 404 Errors list that refuse to move to the Obsolete List for some reason. To give you can example, I have the following URL (among several others) which are very stubborn:
https://MYSITE.com/pepcid-ac/+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++result:+chosen+nickname+”soiblyfof”;+sent;
I have no idea why such a URL would appear in the first place. All of them seem to end in a semicolon though. Any suggestions? Thanks
