Some URL links not working when migrated to local

  • Hi,

    I moved a live site to local. I created a folder xyz under xampp/htdocs. I even changed the site url and home url to localhost/xyz in the database (phpmyadmin) and wp-config file. Home page is working fine on the local. However, page urls are not working. Instead of localhost/xyz/news, they are linking to localhost/news. However, custom posts content is linking to correct url (localhost/xyz/news/news1).

    Things I have tried so far: 1) changed AllowOverride none to AllowOverride All in the httpd file (xampp/apache/conf/httpd.conf).

    Any help is appreaciated.
