Some URL ending with /sitemap_index.xml showing 404

Hello,

i just audit my site on screaming frog seo spider and found that a few URL ending with /sitemap_index.xml are showing 404 can you plz guide me what should i do? the URL sample are as following:

https://domain.com/post-title/domain.com/sitemap_index.xml/
https://domain/category/health/domain/sitemap_index.xml
https://domain.com/category/games/page/2/domain.com/sitemap_index.xml

plz guide me as i think it’s a serious issues.
