Some uploads folders and files missed during convert

Hi,

I bulk converted with the recommended settings and realized that images of some upload folders (years) and subfolders (months) have completly missed, ie. not converted.

Not a big site, upload foldesr were cleaned with Media Cleaner Pro beforehand.

What do you recommend to have all uploaded images converted, pls?
